Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to MyRugbyREF and its applications, including RugbyREF, SidelineMANAGER, CardREVIEW, MyREF, and associated watchOS or Android Wear applications (collectively, the “Apps”).

What We Collect: We do not collect personal information. The Apps do not require accounts and do not collect, store, sell, or share personal data. There are no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking technologies embedded in the Apps.

On-Device Data: Match events, notes, timers, and settings are stored locally on your device. You choose when to export or share content. Deleting the App removes local App data from your device.

Network Use: Network access occurs only when you initiate a feature, such as checking for updates, optional content retrieval, subscription verification, or exporting data. We do not perform background profiling, behavioral tracking, or beacon-based monitoring.

Subscriptions & Platform Processing: Certain features may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription transactions, billing details, renewal management, and account information are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies. We do not receive, store, or access your payment details.

Permissions: The Apps request only permissions necessary to deliver features you actively use. If a feature requires access (for example, file storage for exports), you will be prompted and may decline.

Crash Information: We do not integrate third-party crash analytics services. Limited, anonymous crash diagnostics may be provided by Apple or Google at an operating-system level. These reports are not linked to you by us.

Children’s Privacy: The Apps are general-audience tools intended for match officials, coaches, and clubs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Sharing: None. We do not integrate advertising networks, analytics services, attribution SDKs, or social login providers. We do not sell or share user data with brokers or advertisers.

Retention: We do not maintain user databases. On-device data remains on your device until you delete it. Subscription status is verified through Apple or Google platforms.

Website: rugbyref.app and related domains operated by MyRugbyREF use only basic, anonymized server logs for security and uptime monitoring. No behavioral advertising, tracking pixels, or profiling technologies are used.

Your Choices: You may export, back up, or delete your on-device data at any time. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data. Subscription management is handled through your Apple or Google Account Settings.
